Matt Parish

Matt has over 25 years experience as a general contractor serving the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in commercial Tenant Improvement projects. Dedicated to quality projects at affordable prices, he has a hands-on approach and devotes his individual attention to every project, resulting in a substantial number of repeat customers. He is personally involved in every phase of the project from sales and estimates to project completion and sign-off. Past projects cover a range of sizes, up to 30,000 sq. ft. and 1.5 million dollars. For the past three years he has collaborated with his business partner Don MacKinnon, to maintain and improve existing relationships and to develop new ones. Matt, along with his partner Don MacKinnon, look forward to many more years as the guiding forces behind Bridge City Builders, servicing the many construction needs of the greater Bay Area.

 

Don MacKinnon

Don began his construction career in the finish carpentry/framing field. He learned the business from the ground up, holding positions in the field from apprentice to lead carpenter to superintendent working for one of the oldest and most respected general contractors in the Vancouver, B.C. area. The jobs he worked on ranged from anywhere between 250,000 – over a million with companies such as Imperial Oil, Safeway, HSBC Bank and a series of high-end auto dealerships. All this led him up to where is today, specializing in installations and tenant improvements while partnering with Matthew Parish in leading Bridge City Builders into the 21st century. With Matt Parish’s 25 plus years experience in the tenant improvement business and Don’s experience in a wide range of the industry, together, they bring an exceptional combination of expertise to their loyal and prospective client base.
